Return international flights from your departure city are included and quoted with the package. Regional flights between host countries are also included.

Airlines have not released AFCON-period schedules or fares, so routing and carrier are confirmed at the point of quotation.

Accommodation for 10 nights is included, with meals as listed below.

Specific properties are confirmed with your quotation. We do not publish hotel names or stadium distances before rates are contracted and venues are official.

This package covers travel. Entry to the matches is bought from CAF through its official ticketing channel, on your own account — we help you get through that process and then route the trip around the fixture you secure.

Match tickets are purchased through CAF’s official ticketing channel. Travel Ease provides ticket-purchase assistance.

Nothing is payable to request a quote. Once you accept a written quotation we agree a deposit to secure the booking, with the balance due before travel.

Deposit amounts and payment dates are set per booking and stated in your quotation — they depend on supplier terms for your specific flights and hotels, so we do not publish a single figure here.

Why is there no price?

Airlines have not filed AFCON-period fares and host-city hotels have not contracted tournament rates. Publishing a number now would mean changing it later, so we quote each trip individually once we know your departure city, dates and group size.

Can I change this package?

Yes. Every package here is a starting shape rather than a fixed product — add nights, change the standard of hotel, add a safari or Zanzibar extension, or combine host countries.

What happens if my team does not qualify?

Nothing you have paid is at risk before you accept a quotation. If you have booked and your circumstances change, the terms in your quotation apply — we set those out in writing before you commit.

When will you be able to confirm dates?

Once CAF publishes the fixture list. Join the priority list and we will contact you as soon as we can build a dated itinerary.
