What CAF has confirmed, and what is still open
AFCON 2027, 19 June – 17 July 2027 is hosted by Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda. Travel Ease arranges the journey around it — flights from anywhere in Africa and the diaspora, accommodation, transfers between the three countries, group travel and East African experiences.
Follow your national team, build a trip around a single match, or plan a multi-country journey with a safari or Zanzibar at the end of it. Match tickets are purchased through CAF’s official ticketing channel. Travel Ease provides ticket-purchase assistance; tickets are not included in any package unless your written quotation says so.

- When is AFCON 2027, and who is hosting?
- 19 June – 17 July 2027, hosted jointly by Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda. CAF confirmed both the dates and the three hosts.
- How many teams play in the finals?
- 24 teams. The three hosts qualify automatically and the rest come through the qualifying groups — the groups and fixtures are here.
- Are AFCON 2027 tickets on sale?
- Not yet. CAF has not announced a ticketing provider, a price or a sale date. We explain the official process and what we can do for you, and we tell you the day that changes.
- When will the fixtures and host cities be announced?
- CAF has not given a date. Qualifying runs to March 2027, the finals draw follows it, and venues come from CAF. We track each of these against CAF.
- Can I watch matches in more than one host country?
- Yes — the three countries are a short flight apart and we build multi-country trips. Entry rules are set per country and depend on your passport: what to check before you book.
- Can a trip include a safari or Zanzibar?
- That is how most supporters travel: matches, then the Mara, the Serengeti, the gorillas or the coast. See the experiences we arrange.
- When should I book?
- Flights and rooms in the host cities are the constraint, not tickets. Tell us your team and departure city now and we hold the plan; start with the trip builder.
