No. Match tickets are sold by CAF through its own official channel, and Travel Ease is not a CAF partner, sponsor, supplier or ticket seller. What we do is help you prepare for the official sale, tell you when it opens, and build the flights, accommodation and transfers around the match you secure.

Before the draw, what matters is flexibility rather than price. Your team could be based in Nairobi, Dar es Salaam or Kampala, and those are three different itineraries — so the cheapest, least changeable fare is usually the most expensive decision. Settle your departure city and travel window now, and keep the booking changeable until the fixture is certain.

That depends on the passport you hold, not the country you are flying from, and the rules are set by each government and change without notice. We deliberately publish no visa table. Check the official portal for each host country — Kenya operates an Electronic Travel Authorisation rather than a visa — and we confirm the requirements for your specific passport as part of your quotation.

Wherever your team is drawn — which CAF has not yet decided. Until the draw is made, the useful decision is your budget, your travel window and your departure city, because those determine which routings are realistic from where you live. Kenya is the easiest of the three to reach directly, Tanzania has the strongest holiday extension, and Uganda is the most compact.

Yes, and it is one of the most common trips we build — but it needs internal flights rather than road transport. Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda are neighbours with separate immigration processes, and crossing between them under time pressure is very different from moving within one of them. Leave more slack than the timetable suggests.

Planning a multi-city journey →

Almost everyone does, and it is usually the best value part of the trip: the long-haul flight is already paid for, so adding a few nights on the coast or in a park costs far less than making that journey separately. Zanzibar is a short hop from Dar es Salaam, and the Kenyan and Tanzanian parks are reachable from the main gateways.

We publish no figures, because airlines have not released tournament-period fares and host-city hotel rates are not contracted — any number today would be invented. What we can tell you is the components to budget for: international flights, any internal flights, accommodation, transfers and match-day transport, the ticket bought separately from CAF, entry fees, insurance, food and spending, and any extension.

Yes — group travel is a large part of what we do, covering supporter clubs, families travelling together and corporate groups. Groups need to decide earlier than individuals because airlines price group seats separately and hotels release rooms in blocks against deadlines. What we cannot do is promise a group ticket allocation; no travel company holds one.
