How we source your accommodation

You tell us the brief
City, dates, how many rooms, what standard, and whether you need to be somewhere specific. Group rooming and family rooms are different problems from a single double — say which you are.

We source and hold
We go to properties directly and to our supplier network, and come back with real options against your brief rather than whatever a booking site has left.
- 03
You confirm in writing
Options come with the property named, the rate and the cancellation terms in writing. Nothing is charged until you accept a quotation.
Why there is no price list: host-city hotels have not contracted tournament-period rates, and CAF has not published match venues. That means nobody can honestly quote a nightly rate — or a distance from a stadium — for June 2027 yet. When we can, we will, in writing and for your dates.

Fixtures and venues. Fixtures, host cities and qualification are determined and published by CAF. We show them only once officially confirmed.
Entry requirements. These are set by the immigration authorities of Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda and depend on your passport. Always verify against an official government source.
