We publish no tournament-period rate and no availability, because none is contracted. Anyone quoting you a June 2027 nightly rate in a host city today is guessing.
Why there is no price list
Host-city hotels have not contracted tournament-period rates, and CAF has not published match venues. Those two facts together mean nobody can honestly quote a nightly rate — or a distance from a stadium — for the tournament window.
What we do instead is source against your brief: your dates, your rooms, your standard, and where you actually need to be. Options come back with the property named and the terms in writing, and nothing is charged until you accept a quotation.
Pick the area before the property
In a city you have never visited, the hotel name tells you nothing and the neighbourhood tells you almost everything. Each city we service has distinct areas with genuinely different characters — a business district with restaurants and late transport is a different trip from a quiet residential suburb or an airport strip.
We do not rank those areas by distance from a stadium, because no stadium has been named. Once you know which fixtures you are attending, that ordering becomes possible and we redo it properly.
- How late you want to be able to eat and get back
- Whether you need parking or coach access for a group
- Whether an early departure makes the airport side worth it
- Whether family rooms or twin rooms are the constraint
Availability disappears before price moves
Tournament accommodation does not behave like a normal city break. Rates in the host cities tend to hold reasonably firm; what vanishes is choice. Waiting rarely gets you a better price, and reliably gets you a worse location.
For groups this is sharper still: hotels release rooms in blocks against deadlines, and a missed release date sends the rooms back into general inventory.
